Authentication Workflow

The DirectAuthenticationFlow flow implements the common AuthenticationFlow interface, to ensure it can coexist with other authentication flows, and can use consistent naming conventions such as start / resume functions.

Through supplying authentication factors, and receiving status responses from the authentication flow, a developer can iterate through a sign-in workflow.
