Whitespace-Separated Lists

When representing a property sent or received to/from a server (Authorization Server, Resource Server, etc) that is encoded as a whitespace-separated list of values, the SDK should encode that as a String Array property (e.g. [String]).

When a developer assigns values to an API for inclusion in a request (e.g. requesting a list of scopes, or acr_values), the property or function arguments should accept a string array. When that value is subsequently sent to the server, it should be joined to a whitespace-separated string just prior to sending to the API.

Likewise, when the server responds with a whitespace-separated string value, the response processing logic should automatically separate the value on whitespaces (coalescing multiple whitespaces as needed).
